The process of standardization of the Pumi (allegedly from a Raisits notebook…)
First was the big hot and dense mass…(perhaps the Puli…?)
then the universe has rapidly expanded…
then it cooled and slowly converted…
and a few thousand years later, around 1920, the Pumi has formed…Thank you Dr. Raisits

Here we are…eyes wide open, ears moving in the right direction and tails are curling as they supposed to. The Catskill Pumi Six have been growing according to schedule.
A few days ago still fragile little fur balls have been turning into mischievous “Betyars.” They’ve been running, wrestling and exploring the property further and further away from their designated base camp outside on the front lawn every day.
What the little rascals have not realized all this time, that we take full advantage of their freedom to begin their potty training and puppy manners. By the way, can your dog flush the toilette…?

Wow…! Wait a minute…, I would get a speeding ticket for that! These pups are growing with the speed of mushrooms. What has been a a nice excuse to hang out and play with the pups, the past month, fast it turned into a demanding job watching these rascals do not get hurt and cleaning them around the clock.
The troop is together figuring out what kind of mischievous things to do next
But honestly, it is a great and rewarding job. I love to see them interacting with each other,and their personality developing. I hope to get many nice days so we can spend lots of time outside.

Yesterday, we took the pups outside the first time. They have been crawling, walking, rolling in the soft grass under the watching eyes of Mama Fruska.
Mama Fruska is making a head count. “Is everyone here kids?”
“Let’s stay together…”
“Look at that strange thing…”
Cuddling every minute…
“OK! I am listening…”
“Wow this grass thing is nice and soft…”
“You crack me up…”
“Remember, not to talk to strangers…”

The pups are 20 days old today, growing big, their eyes are open, moving around and loud. They are a very happy bunch. Mama Fruska, although, spends less and less time with them, religiously feeds, and cleans every one of them. Feeding the pups is a virtual riot.
